Who we are:

Farmers' and Sportsmen's Conservation Club was founded on February 3, 1938 by 13 conservation minded outdoor sportsmen. Their mission was to promote fellowship between outdoor sportsmen, farmers and other landowners in Sheboygan County, and the State. Their goal was to be both physically and financially supportive, of any and all conservation organizations that promote the best interests in restoration and conservation of our land, forests, water and wildlife.

Farmers' and Sportsmen's Club is located on the northwest side of Sheboygan, WI., bordered on the east by I-43 and on the west by Pine Hills Country Club. The original 37 acres was purchased in early 1938 and the first clubhouse was built there soon after from logs that were hand cut and shipped to the site from the Sheboygan Marsh. The club later purchased an additional 43 acres, and has a total of 80 acres with the natural and picturesque Pigeon River running though the property.

Farmers' and Sportsmen's Conservation Club's first shooting fields were built on the south end of the property. A clubhouse was built east of the shooting fields in 1942. The clubhouse was demolished in 2010 to make room for a new clubhouse to someday be rebuilt on the same site.

Some of the facilities of the club are, a picnic shelter which lies east of the driveway as you are entering the club property and The archery range to the west. The club property run's north through the rolling hills and wooded area along I-43.To the east and south of the main archery range is the 3-D archery range. On the north end of the property and next to the Pigeon River are our shooting fields with three fully automatic trap fields and two skeet fields. A rifle range with 25, 50, 100, and 200-yard berms, with sheltered shooting benches. To the west of the trap and skeet fields, across the Pigeon River lies our black powder range, with 50-yard targets. To the North of the black powder range is the pistol range with 30-foot targets .
